Some of the more unique Apple laptop colors were found on the iBook which offered the very distinct Clamshell model which includes colors such as: Tangerine (orange), Blueberry (dark blue), Key Lime (bright green), Graphite (silver gray) and Indigo (bright blue).

There have been many after-market customized color Apple laptops found on the market which are often the 12.1″ or 14.1″ wireless iBook models (the iBook was a forerunner in the realm of integrated wireless capabilities), which come with varying features. These are older custom painted Apple laptops which will have a variety of the standard computing capabilities offered through components such as DVD/CDRW drives and wireless network connections. While the price points are considerably lower than the new Apple laptops, the pursuit of a more powerful laptop will lead to the MacBook. The Apple Macintosh iBook and PowerBook models were essentially combined to create the MacBook family first released to the public in 2006. This line of notebook cmputers includes the MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro.

On the higher end, the MacBook Pro does come in a unibody aluminum case designed with an ultra modern, even futuristic silver color with a focus on durability especially when compared to the typical plastic case which is found on most of the other laptops on the market today.

Mac laptops do have a way of performing flawlessly with extremely limited crashes over time, virus or spyware issues being limited as well, frozen screens, or other normal occurrences you may be unfortunately used to already. The operating system, as far as getting around in it, is rather different than what you are likely used to, yet it really does not take very long to get used to moving around the Mac OS. We have found over the years that some people are simply afraid to go Mac due to the fact that they are so used to using PC based laptops.
