Colored Apple Laptops
Different colored Apple laptops are a little harder to find. We are often asked what colors Apple laptops come in and basically the units are custom colored and come in a variety of unique shades of blue, green, purple, pink, red etc.
Typically these customized color Apple laptops are the 14 inch ultraportable wireless iBook models which come with a variety of features. These are older Apple laptops which will typically have the standard everyday computing capabilities offered through components such as DVD/CDRW drives and airport cards for wireless network connections. It is interesting to note that many people decide to test the waters with older used Apple Mac laptops since the new ones are very pricey. Through the recommendations of others they typically wind up having no regrets what so ever after the initial customary learning curves. Mac laptops do have a way of performing flawlessly with extremely limited crashes over time, virus or spyware issues being limited as well, frozen screens, or other normal occurrences you may be unfortunately used to in many instances. The operating system, as far as getting around in it, is not really all that different than what you are likely used to and so it really does not take very long to get used to moving around Mac OS 9 or OS X.
We have found over the years that some people are simply afraid to go Mac due to the fact that they are so used to using PC based laptops. Normally after just a few weeks though they either love them or they hate them. There really is a sense of reliability and stability while running your applications in an environment which is much less likely to catch any computer viruses. In other words Mac users will comment on the feeling of security and this is well founded especially when the laptop is connected to the Internet.
There are some decent and inexpensive colored Apple laptops besides the custom models we showcase like the clamshell models which are used and can be bought through our selection at excellent low prices. These small colored laptops like the iBook G3 with FireWire, 366MHz PowerPC 750cx and 24x CD ROM are a great example. The 2x AGP ATI Mobility card which supplies graphics with 8MB video memory can be bought very inexpensively and a really fun laptop which is sleek, lightweight and colorful. These are like early mini laptops in a lot of ways but are actually designed with typically slightly larger screens at 12.1 inch TFT active matrix.
