HP Envy Colored Laptops with Etched and Brushed Designs

There are several different design configurations of the HP Envy laptops including futuristic looking etched and brushed finishes and they come in a variety of different colors too. Among these new colors are White, Carbon Relic, Argento, Black Cherry, Metalloid and Sonoma red.

The white laptop version of the HP Envy uses the imprint finish with a prism design in it. The Carbon Relic is similar to a gray color and has the laser-etched aluminum finish. The Argento color is a bit like a light silver color and has a brushed aluminum finish with a stream design. The Black Cherry with the HP imprint finish is one of the more unique colored laptops we have seen recently since within the black color it has different degrees of red color to it when you look at it from different angles. This is a nice color design for a laptop. The Sonoma Red laptop has a very conservative reddish color to it, meaning it does not scream for attention like some other red laptop computers.

With a nice variety of models to choose from in this line of colorful HP laptops there is bound to be something for everybody. The HP Envy 14 Beats Edition for instance offers an Intel Core i5 CPU with super fast processing yet still remains quite small compared to the 15 and 17 inch models. Wireless N capabilities for WiFi connections is included if you have access to the faster networks. Also included are the newest USB 3.0 ports which accommodate notably faster data transfer rates.

Newer technology in the HP colored laptops also include the TrueVision webcam offering HD capability which is a tremendous improvement over the limiting capabilities of older webcams in laptop computers. How does 6GB of DDR3 system memory sound? With the 64 bit version of Windows 7 you will be able to work with huge file sizes on your laptop.

Moving on to the HP Envy 15 notebook provides us a glimpse of what laptops can really start to accomplish these days. This model is powered by the Intel Core i7 processor. This is the 15.6 inch model in this line of notebook computers and they feature the ATI Mobility Radeon graphics possessors. With a slightly bigger screen viewing area than the Envy 14 this model weighs a bit more too, but the specifications definitely show just why it can be worth it if you need a bigger screen.

This is actually a great gaming laptop too and HP provides many extra options to choose from. The slim-line batteries of these colored laptops can provide additional battery life and they conveniently attach to the bottom of the laptop.

The HP Envy 17 3D with Beats Audio is really a maxed out laptop great for gaming and has Blue-ray as well. The large 17.3 inch diagonal display on this laptop provides full High Definition HP 3D at 1920 x 1080. This model has the Intel Core i7-720QM which can operate up to 2.8GHz with the Turbo Boost. Like the other models, this one also comes with 6GB of DDR3 667MHz RAM installed right out of the box.

Most of these new laptops will come with a 500GB hard drive and they will typically have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Edition installed on them. As we mentioned, these do come with Blue-ray drives. The HP Beats with the Triple Bass Reflex sub-woofer ad a much improved audio experience that not too many laptop computers can compete with. This is a great mix with the 3D video capabilities when gaming or movie watching.
